PTB’s International Cooperation Group has launched its first e-learning course called “Quality Infrastructure – An Introduction”. Anyone who would like to learn more about the topic of quality infrastructure (QI) and has no previous knowledge in this area is invited to participate. With a total duration of approximately four to five hours, the course offers you an extensive introduction to QI. It also aims to raise awareness of this topic as well as to show the benefits of QI and why we need it.
The course can be found at Atingi, an e-learning platform of the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) that is free to use. We are pleased to be able to make the content accessible to a wide range of interested people. After having registered at the Atingi homepage, you are good to go. Learners can work through the chapters on “QI Basics”, “The elements of QI” and “Organizing an Effective QI” at their own pace. They will be tested onthe new knowledge they have gained from each module in assessments. If they successfully pass all the assessments, they will receive a certificate at the end of the course.
We are proud of the consistently positive feedback that participants have given us so far, and we hope to be able to reach many more interested people.
You can access the course via the following link: https://www.atingi.org/. After having registered, you can find the course in Atingi’s content library as well as by using the “entrepreneurship” or “governance” filters.
