Our short film Timur – Spice of Nepal will give you an insight into the project Strengthening quality infrastructure in Nepal. It was created in 2016 together with the Technical Cooperation and the Academy for International Cooperation. The production of Timur – Spice of Nepal was devised as part of our ten-year anniversary between Nepal and the PTB, which will soon be celebrated.
Focal point is the spice plant Timur, also known as Szechuan pepper. Our short film shows how quality infrastructure can strengthen the trade in agricultural products and contribute to the economic enrichment in Nepal – from farmers to exporters. The film shooting locations are Nepalgunj and Shurket, in the south west of Nepal. Please feel free to look into the project activities of the German technical cooperation in Nepal.
