Dear blog visitors, dear friends, dear project partners and, of course, dear experts worldwide,
Things have become very quiet in the world, in Germany and at PTB due to the Corona Crisis. Those who can stay at home and work from there are doing so. The vast majority of our department is doing this too. A few people are on site to provide us with what cannot be carried out digitally. A big thank you for that!
We are exchanging information digitally and are continuing to work – though mostly not as fast as usual. Thanks to the excellent support of our IT people, this is going smoothly. We would like to take this opportunity to thank them very much!
PTB’s Presidential Board has set up a crisis team that provides PTB staff with information several times a day, and we are grateful for that.
